1981      Founded the Bluegrass Bsnd " Blue Mule". Throughout the next 18 years, Pete performed extensively on                   the Bluegrass and Folk Festival circuits throughout Canada and the United States.

 

1993     Central Canadian Bluegrass Awards - Composer of the Year -  "Norman's Ride"

 

1993     Placed Second in the Chris Austin Songwriter's Competition - Merlefest Wilkesboro, North Carolina for                        "Norman's Ride"

 

1994     Placed Second in the Chris Austin Songwriter's Competition - Merlefest Wilkesboro, North Carolina for                        Current River

 

1994     Central Canadian Bluegrass Awards - 1994 - Overall Group

2001     Peter founded the band "Handsome Molly" and has played extensively at Bluegrass Festivals with the

             group throughout Canada and the United States
